Unlike other equipment companies, Brite Health Care does not repair your equipment or replace it with a used device. Brite works directly with the product manufacturers to offer a complete replacement warranty for most of our products.
For product questions or concerns, please contact your Patient Technician. Most problems can be addressed over the phone. If your Technician determines that your device is defective, they will make arrangements to quickly resolve the problem.
If for some reason, your replacement equipment needs to be ordered, Brite will provide a ‘loaner device’ that will help you maintain compliance with your physician’s instructions until your new equipment arrives.
